Cancellation and Refund Policy

Effective date: May 6, 2026. This policy applies to paid consultations or paid Astro AI Talk services when offered.

Before payment

Consultation scope, timing, price and payment method should be confirmed directly by the Astro AI Talk office before payment. Please ask questions before paying if you are unsure about the service.

Consultation cancellations

If you need to cancel or reschedule, contact us as early as possible by phone, WhatsApp or email. Rescheduling is generally preferred where the consultation has not yet started.

Refund eligibility

A refund may be considered if a paid consultation is not delivered due to our unavailability, duplicate payment, technical payment error, or another issue confirmed by our support team. Refunds are not guaranteed after a consultation has been delivered or after a digital/AI service has been substantially used.

Processing time

Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method where possible. Bank or payment gateway timelines may vary.
